Rebranding
New Visual
TvCine’s first challenge was the need for an updated look adapted to the rebranding: for which we focused the new design on incorporating new colours per channel, across all communication. And we also focused on dark tones – for use in low-light environments.
The rise of streaming
Modern Interface
With the rise of streaming there was a need to modernize these television channel’s website, to meet the needs that users were beginning to take for granted.
We created an online catalogue, for series and films from the 4 channels (with a 60 days range); Individual content pages for each series and movie – with synopses, dates, and a notification system; development of a Personal Area.
Everything full responsive, with an automated backoffice.
Simultaneous programming of 4 channels
Online Catalogue
The biggest Ux challenge was the need to create an interface for schedule with the requirements for the 4 channels to be viewable simultaneously, 24 hours a day, 30 days forward and backward.
To solve this problem I designed a system of parallel bars per channel, moveable by time, with cover and name of the film/series. And the possibility to alternate between different days.
